Let me introduce you to a coffee ☕️ that makes me believe that in some things…nature knows best 🌱

I am a regular fresh coffee drinker, just like many of you. And I used to think that coffee is just coffee ☕️

Until one day, while looking at coffee beans in front of me, I noticed a small difference that most people often overlook 👀

Most coffee beans are flat beans because in 1 coffee cherry, there are naturally 2 beans 🍒

But some beans are single, round beans. Just seeing them…I couldn’t help but wonder if they are different in shape, would the taste…be different? 🤔

So I tried separating the round beans from the flat beans and extracted coffee, intending to keep everything the same: same origin, same process, same roast, same equipment. Then I tasted it ☕️

And I can honestly say that the taste…was very clearly different. But to make sure that this wasn’t just my own feeling, I invited friends and colleagues who are coffee lovers to try it without telling them in advance. The result was… everyone chose the same cup without hesitation and said the same thing: “This cup is better” ☺️

Since then, I have become seriously interested in this type of coffee bean and gradually understood the reasons more. Naturally, 1 coffee cherry must divide nutrients and potential into 2 beans. But Peaberry coffee is coffee with only one bean in 1 fruit. That means everything is concentrated in one bean without having to be divided 💎

And with its round shape, the heat during roasting is distributed evenly throughout the bean 🔥

This is not a matter of belief but a scientific reason that is reflected in the actual taste. Most importantly, Peaberry is not something that humans can create. We cannot order the coffee plant to produce Peaberry. It is truly a creation of nature 🌿

Out of all coffee, there is only about 3–5% Peaberry. And of that number, not every bean is perfect. So we select them very carefully: • Some beans must be discarded • Some beans meet the standard • And only a very small portion are perfect, beautiful, and have higher than normal potential. That bean… is what we call MOUNTAIN KING – King of the Mountain 👑☕️

Our coffee beans undergo two rounds of selection before and after roasting. Every bean is carefully inspected before it reaches the hands of our coffee lovers.

Because of this, we don’t sell coffee by weight but choose to sell by the number of beans because we believe that the value of coffee is not in the quantity but in what nature has chosen 💛

Under the same conditions, Peaberry… will always provide a better experience not because someone said so but because nature created it 🌱 And this is the story of MOUNTAIN KING ☕️👑
